Is it really free?

Yes. Remixing and editing are free. You need a paid Framer site plan only when you publish on your own domain.

Can I add more machines?

As many as your Framer plan's CMS limit allows. Each machine is a CMS item, and the equipment filter, the home page table and the capability pages pick it up automatically.

Do I have to keep the Spanish version?

No. Delete the locale in Site Settings and the language switcher disappears.
