Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of kdxstudios.com and any digital product you buy from KDX Studios (KDX, we, us), an independent studio based in Haryana, India. By using the site or buying a product you agree to them.
1. What we sell
KDX sells self-serve digital products for people building websites in Framer: Framer plugins (Pro features unlocked with a license key or unlock code), Framer website templates (free or paid, delivered as a remix into your Framer workspace) and downloadable digital resources. Each product page states what is included and the price.
Custom website work is scoped, agreed and invoiced separately. It is not covered by these Terms.
2. Platforms and accounts
Our products run on Framer. You need your own Framer account and you are bound by Framer’s terms while using it. We do not control Framer and are not responsible for changes to the Framer platform.
3. Payments and merchant of record
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Where a purchase is processed by Dodo Payments, Dodo Payments is the merchant of record: it is the seller of record for that transaction, collects payment, applies any applicable taxes and issues the invoice. Where a purchase is made through Gumroad or the Framer Marketplace, that platform’s checkout terms apply to the payment.
4. Delivery
Digital products are delivered instantly after payment: a download link or license key by email, an unlock inside the plugin, or a template remix link. If nothing arrives within an hour, check your spam folder and then contact us with the email you used at checkout.
5. License
One purchase gives one person (or one company, when bought on behalf of a company) a non-exclusive license to use the product in unlimited websites you own or build for clients.
You may not resell, redistribute or share the product or its license key, and you may not repackage the product or a substantial part of it as your own template, plugin or product.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, linked in the footer of every page.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use our products for anything unlawful, do not attempt to bypass license checks, and do not modify a product in order to resell it.
8. Intellectual property
KDX owns the products, the site and its content. A purchase grants you a license, not ownership. Third-party names, logos and platforms mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners.
9. Support and updates
Support is by email and we aim to reply within two business days. Updates are released at our discretion. Plugin updates are delivered through the Framer Marketplace and template updates do not change copies you have already remixed.
10. Warranty and liability
Products are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KDX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Haryana, India.
