Privacy Policy
This policy explains what KDX Studios collects when you visit kdxstudios.com or buy one of our products, and what we do with it. We collect as little as we can.
1. What we collect
When you buy a product, the checkout provider (Dodo Payments, Gumroad or the Framer Marketplace) shares your name, email address, country and order details with us. We never see your full card number.
When you contact us, we keep your email address and message so we can reply.
When you browse, our host Framer records standard technical data such as IP address, browser and pages viewed, which we see only as aggregate site analytics.
2. How we use it
To deliver your product and license key, send purchase-related emails such as receipts and license fixes, answer support requests, keep the records that tax and accounting law require, and understand which pages get visited.
We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails unless you asked for them.
3. Payments and third parties
Checkout is handled by Dodo Payments (the merchant of record for products it processes), Gumroad and the Framer Marketplace, each under its own privacy policy. Our site is hosted by Framer. Links to X and Contra lead to third-party sites with their own policies.
4. Cookies and analytics
The site uses only the technical cookies and aggregate analytics provided by Framer. We do not run advertising trackers.
5. Our plugins
Our Framer plugins run inside your own Framer project. A license key you enter is stored in that project’s plugin data on Framer. Plugins that connect to a third-party service, for example a payment provider or an email service, send data directly from your site to that service under your own account. KDX does not receive it.
6. Retention
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support emails are kept while they are needed to help you and are deleted afterwards.
7. Your rights
Email us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you and we will respond within 30 days. You can also exercise these rights directly with the checkout provider that processed your payment.
