What it is

Casa Calma is a free Framer template for boutique hotels, small resorts, villas, fincas and guesthouses. It ships as a finished hotel on Menorca: 21 pages, 6 CMS collections filled with real rooms, menus and prices, booking forms that work, light and dark mode and a complete Spanish version with a switcher in the nav.

Built so guests book direct

Most hotel sites send the guest off to a booking portal and lose the margin there. Casa Calma keeps the request on the site. Every room page carries a request-to-book card with dates, guests and a message. The book page has an availability form, and gatherings get their own enquiry. All three have sending, success and error states, so the template works the day it is remixed.

Rooms, room types, experiences, offers, journal posts and reviews live in the CMS. Add a room once and it appears in the grid, the live filter, its own page and the booking form.

• Welcome facts that count up as they enter, and a then-and-now photo stack of the house.

• Rooms hung like prints: one large, four small, with the second photo on hover.

• An offers ticker, a review ticker and an Instagram strip.

• An experiences list where the photo follows your cursor.

• A sea photo behind the closing section with a cursor photo trail.

Languages, modes and search

Every string is translated into Spanish and the switcher sits in the nav, so a third language is a translation job rather than a rebuild. Light and dark mode come from one set of color styles. Every page has a keyword title, a description, alt text and a social image, in both languages.

How to use it

Remix it into your Framer workspace, swap the photos and the name, replace the example rooms, offers and journal posts in the CMS, and publish. Change the color styles and the two fonts and the whole site follows. Remixing and editing are free. You need a paid Framer site plan only to publish on your own domain.
